A new me

This blog is for everything that inspires me.
I am sick of being so overweight, and lazy. I am sick of having to shop in specialist stores for clothing. I am sick of feeling awful every time I step into a store.

My name is Samantha, and I am the heaviest that I have ever been.
I plan to fix this.

Fitness Part:

Day 1: do an hour of aerobic activity. Walking, swimming, a sport, running, something that gets your heart rate up.
