Day 1:
No sweets! No stupid money spending!
But also no gym :(
Day 2:
No sweets! And an hour in the gym! :D I kept falling off of the cross trainer though, so I’m going to speak to my trainer to get that changed to a less crap piece of equipment. I have all the patience in the world for the gym, but not for equipment that you can’t balance on.
Off to the gym!

Sugary/fizzy drinks
Reckless spending
Drinking to excess
Procrastination
To make sure I keep to it, I’ve asked my boyfriend to come up with a few methods of punishment if I broke any of these. Once he got serious, he suggested that every time I broke one, I threw something of mine...
