Day 1: No sweets! No stupid money spending! But also no gym :( Day 2: No sweets! And an hour in the gym! :D I kept falling off of the cross trainer though, so I’m going to speak to my trainer to get that changed to a less crap piece of equipment. I have all the patience in the world for the gym, but not for equipment that you can’t balance on.
